What is the difference between 'real estate investment' and 'real estate development'? - starting a real estate investment business
Thinking of starting a business with 2, and continue to refer to what we as real estate development. But I see no difference between property developers and real estate investments is active. When we buy a house, torn down and new condos are waiting for that game, then rent it (until the market has changed and then the building we) sell up to. Is not this kind of investment in real estate or flipping houses? Why should they, so to speak, that we conduct our business in property development to do?
So basically, what is the difference that a real estate developer and property investor?
